Whats the best colon cleanse product?

The nearest whole foods is a half an hour away, and I need 8-10 lemons a day. And im not 100% sure the grocery stores around my area has lemons that are 100 percent organic.

i have major digestion problems i always feel sick after i eat my stomach aches and sometimes i get diarhea and rest the time im constipated…..i probally have ibs but cant afford the doctor…but i read something about bad food combining can lead to this….can anyone tell me what they know about this? what are bad food combinations and good ones?

I’m a codeine addict of 8 months. If I do a 2-3 day body cleanse and go cold turkey,will my withdrawals last longer than the cleansing period is over and done with?

im not talking about wanting to take pills again ( the emotional withdrawals) Im worried about the ancy nerves,headaches and sensitivity etc

I ate at 2 restaurants…1 for a late breakfast and 1 for a late lunch. I had diarrhea later (3-4 hours after lunch) and I want to make sure I don’t eat the leftover food that caused it.

Traditional Catholics are exactly like the Muslims, fasting during daylight and the Hindus, abstinence from meat. It has been, the 4th week of me fasting, and I’ve been reduced weight, my healthy partially ruined and my cravings became that strong! Can somebody give me some advice on fasting such as this?
