I’m thinking about doing the Master Cleanse diet over Spring Break this year (10 days & I’m not doing ANYTHING). I want to look good for summer, and I’ve been wanting to get healthier. So, I think I’ll start by cleaning out my insides. lol

Has anyone tried the Master Cleanse? & If "yes" what were your results?
Are there any MAJOR health problems I should worry about before/during/after the cleanse?

i have been fasting for 3 days now. My goal is to lose 9kg, all i have had is water, about 6 cups of tea with little sugar and two apples in the last three days. If i keep this up for a month will i reach my weight loss goal?
also i am 17 years old. My i8th is coming up and i want to look great, i am planning on eating really low fat foods after my fasting is complete
i am a female, weigh 57kg and my height is 162cm

I have learned to fast properly in God’s eyes, you don’t eat or drink anything for a twenty-four hour period. I was wondering how this helps a person grow stronger spiritually? This is a sincere question, because I don’t feel too strong spiritually.

I’m going to be starting the 10-day Master Cleanse tomorrow morning! I’m very excited to start. I was just curious about the salt water flush part of the cleanse: should I do a flush before I go to bed tonight, or just start the entire cleanse right of the bat tomorrow?

I want fast for religious reasons, but I don’t know why I should. How is this supposed to make me closer to God? Why would God want me to starve myself in His name? I promise I am not being critical, I would just like to know so I can have meaningful motivation.

I am starting the master cleanse diet today, I just need to kick off my diet fast then I can start to eat healthy, I got married 5 months ago, I as 115, in the last 5 months I have gained 15 lbs, weighting in at 130, the most I have ever been. I just want to do the cleanse for a quick start. Question 1, do you really lose a lot of weight? #2, if I continue to eat healthy, can I keep it off? #3 how much did you people lose on the diet? #4 If I starve can i have a cracker or 2?

Just say you don’t have diabetes, you eat small meals, but you eat a lot of sugars, because your elderly, and that is all you will eat. If you would randomly take a blood test after you just ate breakfast & had ice cream before bed, what would a normal reading be? I know fasting it should be between 70 – 99 mg/dl, but what would it be for a normal person without diabetes that ate sweets would it be higher?
