Does the lemon cleanse drink really work and can I use sugar free syrup in it?

The lemon cleanse drink that is syrup (natural tree) cayenne pepper, and lemon juice does it work truely. and can i use sugar free syrup cause I cant afford tree syrup.

It will work until your willpower gives out. I gave up on day 2 of that when I had a break-down!
Back to the question though…if you do it, you should use REAL maple syrup…not Aunt Jemima, and not the sugar free stuff. I think that diet is specifically balanced, and cutting out the sugar in the maple syrup throws that balance off.
Anyways, if you’re fasting anyway, you really shouldn’t worry about the sugar content of the syrup! That won’t make you fat………what will is when you quit the diet and ravage through the fridge!
It can cleanse your colon but it doesn’t cleanse the rest of your body. Its like cleaning the kitchen but not the rest of the house. You also deprive your body of nutrition. It is a terrible cleanse and I wouldn’t reccomend it to anyone. No you cannot use sugar free syrup. If you would like to know more about cleansing with nutrition send me an email.
