Drinking water will be just as good! How can one detox the body, when the body detox itself via the lymphatic system? Therefore lots of water will flush the toxins through. They state you need at least six glasses of ‘fluid’ a day and if you are already following that, no need for anything else. However you also need to ‘exercise’ as the lymphatic system unlike the cardio system does not have a pump/heart. It does however rely on the cardo system, so the more you exercise and drink, the faster you will detox. Best of Luck
