Has anyone tried the master cleanse? How are you to drink it throughout the day?

I would like to know for those who have tried the master cleanse, how you have managed to drink this cleansing potion throughout the day. Because for us who have busy lives I don’t how we are supposed to have this drink ready to drink. I think the drink has to be lukewarm, no? I can see making bulk of this stuff but what happens when it has to be warm?

It doesn’t have to be warm. I went to Bed Bath & Beyond and got a 74 oz jug that looks like a water cooler bottle. I made my mix in there for the whole day and just chugged on it all day. Good luck. It’s a tough commitment, especially if you like to eat.
The warm part is the salt-water solution you have to drink in the morning to get things moving. Good luck with that part. I think it was def the most difficult aspect of the cleanse because it tasted ghastly. The first time, I think I threw up.
what is the master cleanse? Is it the one where you drink that lemonade drink w/ chile pepper and have to drink that salt water drink? I have tried that but I only lasted for 4 days. I bought a water jug at target and put my drink in there when I did that one.
