I just endulged in a lot of junk food and I am on the isagenix cleanse. Did I totally mess up the cleanse?

I got the munchies on this isagenix cleanse. I am on day 5 of the 30 day cleanse. I ate a big hand full of the doritoe,cheeto, sunchip mix, one cornish hen leg, and 1 carmel filled hershey kiss. Did I totally mess this cleanse up?

It’s unusual for someone on the cleanse to have a major munchies craving – however we all react differently.
You have not "totally" messed up, but I would suggest that you immediately check with your cleansing coach to discuss the best way to recover and make sure that you are following the program correctly.
If you don’t have a coach (the person you bought from), please continue on the 30 day – drink lots and lots of water and make sure you don’t have the junk on hand so that if you do have munchies you will select some healthy snacks (unsalted almonds, hard boiled eggs, fresh veggies – no dip, fruit).
Yeah, you might need to start over and I am shocked you are not in the bathroom now…..
