I want to start a water fast diet ?
I want to start a water fast diet to help detox my body and lose those few extra pounds i am currently 27yrs old 5,5 tall and weigh just under 10stone i am not happy with my weight at all and don,t want to turn back into a bulemic as i suffered with that for years ive heard that water fast diets are safer if done for 10days max but can i still do my bodytone areobics whilst fasting?
