Ive heard of people "abusing" laxatives to loose weight. I’ve had to use laxatives on a few occasions because I get constipated alot, and laxatives are definitley NOT fun. So my question is, how do laxatives make people loose weight, and why would people purposely make themselves suffer through the cramps and what not of laxatives when they dont have to?

i went to a certified colon hydrotherapist, and she was good except when she was doing it , it hurt real bad with alot of cramps. Is this normal? is it supposed to hurt real bad the whole time? and how many people usually get colonics on a normal basis?

I’ve always been interested in having that done because i know there are alot of toxic waste inside your body that doesn’t get removed and i’m just a little scared because it would be really weird having water running through the inside of you stomach and i’m just worried something bad will happen but i do know a lot of people out there have done it already and their fine. What do feel about colonics therapy?

Im going to start it this week.
Anyone tried it? My main concern is that you arnt eating alot, seems alot like a starvation diet.. so does the weight pile back on once you start eating 3 meals a day again?

I just found out what an enema is and I also found out that they can be used to by parents to punish children, and I was like what the heck??? How does sticking something up your kid’s butt punish them??? And also I also heard in health class that alot of the time when parents give there kid’s enema they hold them in the "diaper position" If they do that isn’t all there junk hanging out in the streets?

I’ve been researching alot in juice fasting and I’m thinking of trying it. I was thinking of doing it for maybe 5 days. I don’y own a juicer though, and was wondering what kind of juice would be good?! Pom juice? And how did you feel after it? Did it make you feel really good and refreshed? Because i’m not doing this to lose weight. If you could answer with your experiences and what you did in jucie fasting? Thanks!

i want to clean my colon. my doctor says laxatives are a short term fix. i want something that is going to last. i have doe so much research on this its ridiculous. everytime i would find something that looks like it would work, i find something else that looks safer. Natura cleanse and Leanspa with acai have been the 2 that look like they work well together. im not looking for a quick fix for weight loss. i KNOW that i am toxic and i need help figuring out which colon cleansers to use. i want to use one in combination with a diet pill also to hl curb y appetite as ive heard it helps with the cleansing process. tomorrow i am going to try the master cleanse diet. i am reading that some people are losing alot of weight, then im reading that some people arent losing that much weight.

i am 19 years old. 5’4, i gained like 25 lbs since starting college in 2008, i am hoping to lose at least 10-15lbs on this diet, 20 would be amazing. is this possible?
i weight 145, my normal weight is like 123-127lbs. i look disgusting, its not my normal body. im on adderall and sometimes i wont eat a day and i’ll lose 2 lbs in that day, obv it is put right back on when i drink and eat junk but im thinking because im so young i’ll lose weight on this diet quick
