Natural Colon Cleanse And Bowel Detox Systems, Pills And Products.
I need 2 start fasting as i need 2 lose weight but also 2 clean out my system and everything, My cousin told me that she fasted for 4 days and it wasnt hard or anything & she lost a fair amount of weight, is this true??? I’m going to try it even though i know it most probably isnt safe.
I heard that, breaking fast of Ramadan and Shawal`s 6 days fasting can be maintain at the same day by two niyat. one is say to allah that I am taking sehri for the maintain of my breaking fast of ramadan, another one is to say to allah that I am also taking sehri for the niyat of & days fasting of shawal. Is it right or wrong?
I understand that you have to drink a salt mixture AND a tea laxative for this diet, but me & salt don’t get along to well — especially if I have to SWALLOW the salt water.
So instead, can I just drink the tea laxative morning and night?
Has anyone tried it this way?

My husband has high blood pressure & I have diabetes. He will take his pills the morning he is have fasting blood work. I was never told that. If it right for him but not right for me or are you always supposed to take your pills?

I am taking a 15 day colon cleanse and I’m on about day 5 I think? Well not much to report and the stuff I read online shows these hideous pictures of big slime blobs coming out of people. I haven’t had that, should I or what shoudl happen?
