Natural Colon Cleanse And Bowel Detox Systems, Pills And Products.
I did the Salt Water Cleanse and i still haven’t a bowel movement and it has been hour now. Did do something wrong? I used salt that didn’t contain and iodize. I am bloat now and i don’t what to do get rid this bloat.
Okay, if i was not supposed to drink it what was i supposed to do with it?
I went to GNC and purchased this blue box that is called the "Complete Body Cleansing Program". its a 7 day program where I take 4 pills that are supposed to promote protein, carb and carb, fat digestion as well as other stuff and a Probiotic Acidphilus mix drink.
The in the PM I take 5 pills for Blood circulation, liver cleanser, kidney and enzyme stuff. oh… and fiber and a prebiotic blend.
But nothing has happened. I have only had a bowel movement once in the last 4 days since I started and it wasnt even a lot. Not at all what I expected. The box does not have any information on what I should be feeling or what I can expect so I dont know if it is working.
I almost thought Id be going to the bathroom more frequently and or that I would at least see the cleansing part in the toilet but nothing. It all looks very normal.
Any suggestions or comments? Should I be seeing more coming out of me?
The pains vary from in different areas. I really haven’t had a decent bowel movement either during this time. My mom has spastic colon. Is it possiible I have a little of spastic colon as well? I have also been a little stressed lately, could that be a cause of it as well? The pains come and go, they are not constant. I feel blocked up a little in regards to goign to bathroom. I still have an appetite, and eat like I normally do, but my stomach just feels yucky all the time now. Just kind of curious
My cat has had only 1 bowel movement this week, and I’m a little concerned. I have reduced her dry food intake, maybe that could be the answer? I’m going to call the vet in the morning but am wondering if this sounds like it could be a blockage???
No she’s the only pet. I change her water at least once a day, so there is plenty available. Her abdomen doesn’t feel any different, and when I listened to it with a stethoscope it sounded like things are moving. But better to be safe then sorry.
And if I hear that man say he saw his "four-year-old daughter’s bowel movement", again I’m going to scream. I have to turn the tv or turn the volume down when I hear him talking. And I know that stuff doesn’t really work anyway.
Lately I’ve been gaining weight and I’m guessing it is from IBS because I usually only have one bowel movement a day now from it. I was wondering if there is any way I can stay the weight I am now and stop gaining the weight. I’m only 110 pounds so I don’t really want to lose a lot of weight I just want to stop gaining weight.
I have been taking bowtrol for about a week now. I am taking 8 pills a night now. I have diarrea and painful bowel movement now. I have the urge to use the bathroom 2 or 3 times in the morning with very little resultes. I didn’t have it before I started the pills. I work out everyday for 40 minutes and I eat a healthy diet. I have to go take a bowel movement about 4 times a day maybe even more. I have abdominal cramps and some bloating. For a couple of weeks now i completely changed my diet and i now eat brown rice with vegetables and i stay away from anykind of junkfood i also have begun to exercise everyday for an hour. My stools seem to get a little hard but i still have some unusual bowel movments and cramps. If i keep on living a healthy lifesyle when will IBS stop?
my stomach is swollen,and i have stomach pain,fatigue,and when i have a bowel movement it will start out hard then diareaha…I did a colon cleanser but that wasn’t the problem..
I was diagnosed with PID,but took all my anti-biotics..I haven’t had sex and sometimes when i go to pee,clear mucus is there..I have an appointment next week…
Well, sometimes I get these really painful cramps around my belly area. (rarely) Usually I only get stomach aches when I have to make a bowel movement. I admit, I don’t eat the most healthy foods but I only eat fast food once or twice a week, most times. I am a 13 year old girl by the way. I am worried that I may have IBS.
