I am almost 11 weeks pregnant and I am so soo soooo constipated. I don’t know what to do. I have drank disgusting warm prune juice and white grape juice. I am eating a high fiber cereal every morning, along with two activa yogurts at lunch, and a fiber one bar as a snack. I drink ONLY water all the time, except for the juices on an empty stomach. I am not eating tons of cheeses or dairy foods. I just need to know of something I can do to help with this? I eat really heathy, organic foods and just need to know what to do to get my bowels moving.

Oh and if I can avoid it, I don’t want to take any type of safe over the counter laxative. Like Colace.

Are colonic cleanses safe? Like the ones you have done at a holistic spa/store?

I have been constipated for over a week and i dont want to get dependant on the laxitive i was perscribed. I heard about this fleet enema, is it really just water. ALso is it an over the counter thing or do you need a perscription. My stomach has been feeling like i got stabbed for days now even with the laxitive lactulose. How well does this work. I want a total evacuation of my bowels, im tired of missing work from to much pain.

i am looking to drop a few lbs before my wedding, and i have tried every regime going and nothng seems to work.

my mum has always been the same as me and only lost weight and kept it off by eating one meal a day, do you think this will work? im not a big eater anyway but i just cant seem to shift the lbs

i have struggled with IBS for years now and i am looking to book myself in for a colonic irrigation in the next few weeks so i can clear the pipes and get my digestion working properly because im pretty sure a lot of my extra weight is bloating and feces not being released.

when i look at myself i do not look obese and overweight at all, i dont even really have a podgy belly, im just heavy which makes me think it may be the IBS storing a lot of feces in my bowels.

I know a little bit about colon cleansing and the facts on colon cleansing and what it does to improve your health, but has anyone ever done a colon cleanse and if so, what is best product and most affordable one out there that works? I am just curious to if a clogged colon is responsible for all sorts of problems like foggy memory, lack of energy, irregular bowels and not having a bowel movement everyday, lack of concentration, mood swings, as well as a pop belly when you aren’t exactly that much overweight. Those symptoms represent me and I was wondering if doing a colon cleanse regimen would make me feel like a whole new person and give me energy and strength to go work out in a gym and build up my muscles.
