I have a really oily T-zone and i’ve tried loads of cleansing products for my face but most are too harsh on my cheeks and dry them out leaving my cheeks tight and sore.
Does anyone know of a good product that will work on my oily skin but not dry out my checes to much.

I am taking the internal cleansing product which I purchased from Vitamin World. I have had a constant dull headache for the past 4-5 days, and I’m not sure but the product may be the cause. Does anyone know why? I’d like to hear from anyone who has knowledgeable info. about this or other cleansing products for the body/colon. Has anything worked for you? Much appreciation!

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advise on cleansing products. I’d like to find a brand that is safe and effective! I take a lot of medications, but my doctor says I can use a safe product. I have researched different brands and of course, they all say the same thing.

There are a lot of internal cleansing products on the market. How do i know which ones are good and which ones are just "get skinny quick" pills that do nothing to cleanse you….Im not trying to do an internal cleanse to loose weight i don’t want to loose weight, i just feel bloated all the time and i think a good internal cleansing product will help…
