I’m 19 (but I’ll be 20 this February) and I want to ask my doctor for a colon cleanse. I’m afraid that she will just give me an automatic "No." because she might think I’m too young to get one, but I think I could really benefit from one right now. I am female, and I’m 5 feet and I weigh 178 pounds.

Im thirteen and homeschooled. I dont get enough exercise due to me living in a bad neighborhood containing a few weird-o’s. Im a little above average weight, says my doctor. But I have some belly fat, some fat on my thighs and arms. I quit drinking soda and eating junkfood a few weeks ago. (I have mitral valve prolapse so I cant exercise much anyways, or my heart goes crazy and I cant breathe) I mainly drink water now. So I wanted to do the colon cleansing thing to rid the toxins and lose some undigested weight, would it be appropriate (safe) to use a colon cleansing product at my age (13) ? I hitting my teen years, and its sorta embarrassing going to the beach and having all the guys give you nasty looks

I am thinking about do a colon cleans. Does any one know anything about it. I have been doing some reading and researching on a couple of different products. But my main question is: Do I need to take a couple of days off of work for this. Am i going to be on the toliet all the time???

I just started a colon cleanse, but the whole point of it is that it absorbs everything in your intestines and then pushes it out.

But I don’t want my birth control absorbed out! Can I still take it and it be effective? Or if I woke up at 3 am in the morning (I take my last dose of colon cleanse stuff at 10 pm, the next one at 7 am) and took the BC would it still be effective?
