I’ve heard that you should do a colon cleanse 1-2 times per year. About 3-4 years ago the doctor told me I had IBS with constipation, he wanted me to take this powder that was spendy and didn’t do anything. I stopped taking it and just accepted that I was constipated all the time. I would be in extreme pain from it. Well about 7 months ago they found cancer in my dad’s colon. They think they got it all and he has been through chemo. That’s when I realized how important it is that I do something about my IBS and that it wasn’t healthy to be sooo backed up. I started to treat it myself. Eating Fiber One bars, drinking extra water, eating lots more fruit and just eating better in general. This has gotten me to be regular. My thing is if normal people have toxins in their colon and body then I know I have A LOT. If I could go back I wouldn’t have let my IBS get so out of control. Does anybody have any recommendations on Colon Cleanse pills. I’ve been googling it for a few weeks and my head is spinning with all the products and reviews out there!

Stomach is bloated not due to fat accumulation. There is an uncomfortable feeling after meals and the stomach has a tight feeiling. Appears as though the colon needs to be cleansed.

I just went threw surgery on Thursday to have my apendex and a "mass" removed from my colon. I came home form the hospital yesterday and i’m concerend because I started eating solid food again on Friday Morning and Its now Sunday and I still havent had a BM? The dr has me on a stool softner but i’m still concerned….ugh?
They have me on percocet, however I don’t really take it….They told me it would cause constapation! The last time I took it was Saturday night and that was only 1 pill!?!? Yes the DR started me on solid food Friday morning, and Yes He discharged me on Saturday? I’m drinking lots of fluid and i can kinda "feel" things moving down there….i’m passing gas just no BM?!

You know, the one form Oprah and Dr. Oz, and where ever else its shown up at. I want to know a few things;
1. Does it actually work?
2. I never actually read the articles, but I caught wind that it is bad for long term use. True or false?
3. Is it okay to use to jump start a diet? I read, I believe it was a News 6 article, of a woman who lost 25 pounds in 4 weeks. If it can do that, then that’s just the motivation I need. After the 25 pounds, I’ll be off it and on to the normal healthy stuff like I want.
4. Where can I find it without ordering it online? Come on, I’m 18, I’m at my last year in high school, I still live with my parents (who are a few of the last people I want to know what I’m trying to do) and I don’t exactly have a bank account or whatever. BUT I do have a job, lol. So, would the products be easy to find in a store? Like, there’s one in the mall full of weird health supplements and stuff. Maybe?
5. What exactly is the RIGHT products for this? I’ve heard of ColoClean, Colon Cleanse, Acai Fit, Acai… something I can’t remember. What EXACTLY is the right products for this new hype?

Mind you, if it is actually unhealthy for long term uses, I just need the 25 in 4 and I’m calling it quits for sure. Even if it was okay for long term use, I’d still call it quits. So, no speeches and lectures are nessecary. Pleeeease ^-^

I had a baby last September and now I’m back at work. I use to be so Active where I do Taebo almost everyday. I’m currently Cleansing my system using Colon Cleanse sort of a Detox in a way. I watch what I eat and more. Recently, I’ve been feeling weaker and weaker everyday as if I’m so drained. I eat and take my Vitamins and I still feel so weak. Hi, I am a 16 female and I really want to try the colon cleanse and acai berry together and see if I lose weight. Has anyone my age-ish tried this diet and found that it works? Or doesn’t? In the past I have eaten a lot of things like hot dogs and what not, and it doesn’t seem like a stretch to me that these things could be "stuck" inside of me. I looked into colon cleanse kits online, but it seems that most sites that aren’t actually selling something are discrediting the medical validity of it. I read an article in Men’s Health years ago and the guys said he saw all kinds of disgusting stuff coming out of him (he got a series of enemas over 14 days). So putting the health risks from losing electrolytes aside, what thoughts do you guys have on the possible benefits of colon cleanse kits.

DON’T bother recommending ANY products, I will have it removed by Y!A.
