Ever since my doctor told me I have multipile stones in my gallbladder I started to change my lifestyle. I eat all organic fruits and veggies, I eat only plant based oils like coconut oil, flax, hemp, etc. I am not eating any meat just sticking to whole foods that nature offers. So anyway I have been researching about the effects of bile after galllbladder removal.
What worries me is the constant dripping of bile after having no gallbladder. My doctor said it does NOT cause colon cancer in the long run if you eat healthy and exercise and eat a high fiber diet. But I wanted some advice from others and see what they think.
I eat 40 grams of fiber ( and drink plenty of water). I also read if you eat an even amount of insoluble and soluble fiber it will soak up all the excess bile that drips in colon. I read in the china study that a diet based on meats and junk foods will turn bile into secondary biles that are harmful to the linning of colon. But if you eat a diet based on whole foods bile will not form secondary (am not sure what that means but I think the bacteria(bad due to eat meat based diet) in the gut changes bile into toxic bile. But if you eat plenty of probiotics and whole foods that should help.

Lol i have been doing lots of research before I decide to get my gallbladder removed. But I would appreciate your opinion.
My doctor said keeping gallstones can cause other life threating conditions such as bile duct obstructio(which can cause scarring) pancreatis etc.
I know some of you might think you can flush them with olive oil and lemon and apples…but how do these substances get into the galllbadder they dont they pass into the intestines.
I have tried herbal supplements from wild harvest orgeans liver cleans.. I have been taking 3 caps for 1 month. I havent experienced a gallbladder attack yet. But I am going to get an ultrasound in a month to see if there is any inflammation.
I would appreciate any suggestions ..thank you!
