Well, I am trying to bring my weight down and I am trying to eat healthy and exercise but I also heard that doing a colon cleanser is a good way to get started and to shed of a couple lbs right of the bat. I’m also feeling tired and not so energetic which I thought exercise would help with but it hasn’t so much. I feel I just need a complete body detox or something. So, is there a product I can by at the store or something that would work, is safe, and hopefully won’t have me going to the bathroom all day…( I mean something that I can do in the weekend and if it causes diahrea that it will be over in 2-3 days at the most so I don’t have to worry about it at work) Thanks.

I have been doing so much reaserch on this and i cant seem to get any straight answers from what i understand there are a few that i found keep showing up as good ones: ultimate colon cleanse, Colonix, DigestIt Colon Cleanse, Bowtrol Colon Cleanser and Probiotic, Dr Floras, Colonetix, I am also open to any suggestions. A massage therapist told me to rub castor oil on my tummy then put Saran Wrap around my middle, covering the castor oil, then put a towel on and put a heating pad on top of the towel. to warm my belly area because it will break lose toxins in my system and, if I use a colon cleanser or get a colonic, it’ll be more effective than if I didn’t use the Castor Oil. The trouble is that I’ve read Castor Oil can be toxic and harm your liver. What do you think?

I have someone who would like to purchase a colon cleanser. Its out of these two products. DUAL ACTION CLEANSE OR COMPLETE BODY CLEANSING PROGRAM.

In health store person said that acne starts from buidl up of toxins in digestive system. told me to take a colon cleanser and it will cure it.
