I’ve been dieting for 3 weeks now and I go to the gym for cardio about 5 days a week. At the moment it’s Ramadan so I don’t eat till nighttime which is 8pm so I have one whole meal a day which consist of veggies and other healthy foods. I still suffer from constipation and can never get a bowel movement.I was looking on Amazon for Colon Cleansers and my friend used one before and she lost a lot of weight and looks amazing now. I was wondering if someone could recommend a product on Amazon I could take to clean the inside and hopefully lose more weight than usually.

I am 19 and was 210 3 weeks ago but now I weight 199/200lbs. I am only chubby but want to lose more weight but struggling to do so, so I want a little boost/helping hand. Can someone tell me a good product or should I avoid it and just take Fiber?
Thanks for answering, would you recommend something else to help weight loss? Fat Burn pills? Fiber? Acai Berry? I am not very good with this but I do take Opti-Men Multi vitamins to get the vitamins I am missing and I am sure it helps in a way.

Has anyone tried this product? I wanted to try the acai and colon clease "diet" or whatever you’d prefer to call it but as I went into my local Nutrition House, they told me this product (Nature’s Plus’ Whole Food Total Body Cleanse with Acai and Exotic Superfruits) is advertised to do the same thing. It’s basically 2 in one but it advises me to take 12 tablets/day for 14 days for the INTENSIVE cleanse or 6/day for 28 days for the MAINTENANCE program. This concerns me because as far as I know, the regular or original acai and colon cleanse diet advises you to take 2 acai supplements in the morning, and 2 colon cleansers at night? Correct me if I’m wrong, I just wanted to do this correctly but it seemed logical to spend a little less money on a 2-in-1 product as opposed to 2 separate products.

All reviews and feedback are much appreciated, thank you! And I understand a good number of people look down on any sort of diet pills/supplements but this is just a personal decision so no need for negative comments.

After reading detailed reviews about people taking colon cleansers and seeing various sci-fi like things come out of themselves, I’m wondering if detox is really useful or not. I once took a 7 day Cleanse program from GNC, and I felt better after using it, but I don’t know if that had more to do with my healthy diet and exercise. I saw all these pictures of intestinal goop and while most research says that the liver can do just fine detoxing the body, what about the goop? All of that stuff can’t be good in the colon, but does it present dangers to ones health to take all that fiber and who knows what else? Technically, what would that in depth, complicated colon cleanse offer that say, a dose of Metamucil couldn’t? All those reviews said they got flatter stomachs, better sleep habits, etc etc etc… What is happening here? I find myself oddly interested in a program, but I don’t want to just be in the bathroom all the time, especially at work.

i want to clean my colon. my doctor says laxatives are a short term fix. i want something that is going to last. i have doe so much research on this its ridiculous. everytime i would find something that looks like it would work, i find something else that looks safer. Natura cleanse and Leanspa with acai have been the 2 that look like they work well together. im not looking for a quick fix for weight loss. i KNOW that i am toxic and i need help figuring out which colon cleansers to use. i want to use one in combination with a diet pill also to hl curb y appetite as ive heard it helps with the cleansing process. I ONLY WANT TO HEAR FROM PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE WITH COLON CLEANSING. i dont want someone that has never done one before but only has a strong opinion, cause i know theres alot of those here. so please help…thanks its really greatly appreciated…and sorry for the novel haha.

Wouldn’t metamucil be the same as these high prices colon cleansers. They both contain pysillium. I don’t know if these products are a scam or not and I don’t want to waste my money.

My husband suffers from atrocious body odor AND flatulence (especially while sleeping). Our bedroom has become a toxic swamp- I am considering moving into another room because of his night-time toxins. We’ve tried herbal remedies, colon cleansers, diet changes, beano, and doctors don’t seem to take the problem seriously (tests haven’t been run in YEARS). Apparently, his horrendous gas and b.o. have been life-long problems. It is SO bad that I cannot breathe comfortably in my bedroom. I don’t want to make my husband feel badly but we MUST find a remedy. I cannot take it any more! I am assuming that the body odor AND the flatulence are both symptoms of the same problem. Any suggestions or possible cures would be truly appreciated.

I am considering colonic irrigation and wonder if ordering an enema kit online is the same thing as going to a clinic who can do it for you? Also, how does it compare to herbal colon cleansers?

reading stuff on different products and this one was supposedly tested and proven to be a good cleanser, but i’m skeptical because i’ve read that some colon cleansers are bad for your colon. Even giving yourself and enema can be bad for it. I’d like to do a cleansing for health reasons, but i wont do it till i’m sure what’s good and what isn’t.
