So yeah, I have this little layer of fat around my stomach area..and it’s blocking my abs a bit so I can’t get the full definition I’d get if it wasn’t there. Is there anyway to minimize this? It seems like its hard to get rid of…and I’ve read something about those colon cleansing products such as Evercleanse, would that help? Yes, I ride my bike almost everyday, kick box/box/jujitsu etc. and sit ups/crunches blah blah blah lol and we even jump-rope at the gym. Should I do this more often and maintain some kind of diet or something? Links or whatever would be helpful as well.

P.S I’m 14 so yeah.

ohh god!!help me!!!i didn’t realize prom was sooo soon and my dress is a UK size 6 (US size 2) but i’ve gained a few lbs and am now a uk size 8 (US 4) over exams from stress..blah blah but anyway prom is in 5 days and i know i’ll feel that i’ve let myself down if in my last memory of school is me feeling fat,bloated and thus ugly!!then in the pics my tummy will be big and i’ll feel embarrassed i know this snds vain and i shouldn’t have let myself go but well i have and i will get back on track but for now i need some quick fix solutions.i’ve lost 4lbs in 3 days before so in 5 i could loose 7lbs but i need to drop ten at least.so i was thinking of a 5 day water fast (which are actually good for you) and you can loose around 2lbs a day,along with two walks a day at 2 hours each,an exercise regime and colon cleanse as well as lots of green tea;what do you think?pls give me tips if you remember what it’s like to feel like an uncomfortable teenager.do you know any super fat burning (at home) exercises and toning exercises because i hate my arms!!!thanks for reading and tips will be appreciated x

I have a hard time believing that everybody is walking around with 5 or more pounds of compacted feces that just don’t pass through the system.

The website of the product Colonix has a picture gallery showing all sorts of gross things that supposedly came out of their customers asses, but I’m not too sure I believe it.

Are there any medical professionals out there who know if any of this is true, or maybe people who have first hand experience with these colon cleansing products? Have you seen long strings of undigested poo removed from your system?

I have been looking online at the latest diets to crop up, and lately all I’ve been seeing are various versions of colon-cleansing products like the ‘One Flat Stomach Rule’ and ColoPure. Ever time I try to research the products and procedures, I only end up reading through ads and testimonials. There doesn’t seem to be any legitimate research at all! This makes me very hesitant to spend any time or money on the suggested products, because no solid evidence is provided to ensure that they really work.

My question is: has anyone out there discovered any actual scientific or medical information about any of these fad diets? I’ve lost 48 pounds in the past year, but I’ve been planteauing now for several months and I would really like to get down below a size 16. If these diets actually work, I’d like to give one a try; but I’m not going to take all these testimonials on faith alone: I want some damn evidence.

ever since i started bodybuilding, i have been feeling VERY bloated, to the point where i cant even walk. I think the cause of my bloated feeling is protein consumption. I cannot give up protein though, becuz i need it to grow(muscle). And also ( at leats i think so…) becuz of the excess proetin, i am somtimes constipated and sumtimes i have diarehha. I think my digestive system is geeting affected by he protein.

The colon cleaning products are suppose to remove excess protein, therefore get rid of the bloat. But i heard olon cleaning products are bad for ppl. WHy is that?
