I went for a colonic on sunday and the lady informed me i would need about 6 to really clean up my colon as i was "toxic". Can anyone tell me if this is healthy practise before i go for another? I have done 3 already. Thanks for the help.

I have done 3 in the space of a week and she wants me to the other three next week. i decided to do it after being told it was a good procedure to do for cleaning up your colon and maybe gettng rid of certain things that may plague you. I’m a pretty athletic guy, 6ft 210 lbs and i have never remebered me feeling so weak unless i was sleepy in the middle of the day. Thanks for the help.

Does anyone know if you’re scheduled for a colonoscopy (or a similar exam,) if you can skip the nasty tasting liquid and/or laxative pills that are prescribed for this exam along with the fasting and clear liquid diet , if you just go for a colonic before the test instead? At least a colonic is a pleasant and very neat and sanitary procedure that I would think would achieve the same cleansing results (without having to spend the day before on the ‘throne’.)
