I am going to do the Master Cleanse for a week beginning on Monday and wasn’t sure if it was safe to have colonic hydrotherapy done while I am on the detox diet.
If it is, would it be more beneficial to have the colonic at the beginning of the cleanse, or the middle, or end?

Any ideas/experiences?

ive completed the first day of the master cleanse diet.

but havent been using the syrup in it at all since i cannot find any in india.
also at night i drink green tea before sleeping.

as the day ended i have a flowing nose and severe headache. is this normal?

P.S: it was recommended for me to go on a detox diet to clean out my system so no judgemnet please

I would like to lose weight, even water weight uickly. Do you know anyone who had tried the lemonade or "master cleanse" detox/diet?
