I haven’t smoked in only a week and a half and I know it takes about a month to get out of your system.
But I got a job and they are going to drug test me this week. What is the best detox that is guaranteed I won’t come out dirty? I don’t want to waste my money on something that won’t work.
Also if you know of any ones or methods that do not work, I would appreciate it if you listed those as well.

I’ve looked into the lemon detox and it can apparently make you feel run down and gain wait after it is complete.
I can deal with only drinking liquid i can manage fasting.
Also i am bad with sticking to a diet unless it tells you what to eat and when, like a good guideline roster.

I’ve been having an irregular heartbeat for over a year now. I have just recently planned on going into the military to finish paying for college. Right now, I’m skeptical. I currently have a holter monitor on me trying to find the cause and treatment for it. Hopefully, it can be cured so I can. But my future wife is afraid of me going to the military, so I don’t want to upset her.

When I was younger, my heart fluttered like once a month. Then last year they got a whole lot worse. I was taking 3 different pills last year to help me study for my exams and to do a research paper. I was taking Co-Enzyme Q10, Detox 7 ( a bowel cleanser) and OneADay Mens Energy. Plus I was drinking a cup of coffee every morning almost.

I’m planning on doing a detox or colon fast for 3 days. I’m 13 years old, 115lbs and 5’4. Has anyone done a fast before? I wanna just eat organic fruits, veggies and water for 3 days.
