i have IBS for about 7 months i never had any problems but after my
dad passed away i started to feel horrible pain….since that i basically i have the pain everyday ….its really painful….the doctor said
it was ibs but he didnt really helped me cause i dont nothing
for the pain ….is it normal to have the pain all day long ?
* i meant i dont have nothing for the pain ….my bad
i got really bad …im still sensitive about it
but any diets or tips can help

I want to find a colon cleanse that is good. I just found out that I’m lactose and gluten intolerant, so I want a good cleanse that will help get my body more regulated and back to normal. I heard to start with a colon cleanse and every time I go to look, I bump into a company that wants money for a certain medicine. Does anyone have any good colon diets that work??

I just need to get rid of water and/0r salt bloat. Whats a good fast or liquid fast? How about juiceing diets? And I use the word diet meaning a change in eatting! Please do not answer with nasty comments about diets ( past questions!) I just love to eat healthy and would like to detox! I have been bad! Bad foods, late night eatting…etc! Thanks!
