I’m 14 turning 15, at that stage when most teens have skin problems. I don’t want to be one of them and until now I have had the skin of a baby, but for in case I do fall into the stage of puberty problems I want to handle it right. What diets, exercises (pilates, cardio) and cleansing metods can be used?

Im thinking about trying the lemonade cleanse because i have to go to a wedding in two weeks and 5-6 pounds wouldnt hurt! so i was wondering whats the con’s and pros of the lemonade/master cleanse diet

Consumers Warned of Acai Berry Internet Scams

If you’ve spent any time online, you’ve probably seen them: the ads for diet products made with the trendy berry açai. But you may want to think twice about signing up for one of these diets.

The consumer advocacy group, the Center for Science in the Public Interest, is warning that not only are the diets questionable, many are offered through an online scam.

There’s no evidence whatsoever that diet pills made with açai (pronounced a-sigh-EE) will help flatten tummies, cleanse colons, enhance sexual desire, or perform any of the other commonly advertised functions, the CSPI warns in a news release Monday.

I’ve been on a regular diet for a few weeks now (healthy eating, regular excersize) and although I’m losing weight, it’s very slow. I came accross the Master Cleanse diet and read a lot of stories, not only including Beyonce’s, about people who have lost like 10-20 pounds in less than 10 days. If you don’t know what the master cleanse diet is, it’s basically just lemonade with pure syrup, pepper etc and you can’t eat ANY solid foods as it basically cleanses you which apparently helps you drop the pounds a lot faster.

Is this worth a try? Should I stick to the diet I’m on? Are there any other diets I should try?

Is this diet healthy? Is it highly dangerous?

I’ll give 10 poinds to someone who fully answers my question, only please don’t copy and paste shiz from websites, I hate that. If I wanted to read ALLLL of that I woulda just googled it lol.

Does it really help you loose weight that fast or is it just another one of those diets that really don’t work. I know this diet would be an extremely hard 10 days and would take an extreme amount of will power but, I know I could do it. I just dont want to waste 10 days of my life on something that does not work so if anyone has ever done this or know good information about this please fill me in with any good information and results about the diet. I’ve been feeling awful lately, tired, bloated just not my self and it’s getting worse. I was looking at healthy ways of losing weight when i came across Kevin Trudeau’s The Weight Loss Cure which mentioned candida cleanse and colon cleanse. Can some one please recommend good cleanses and the diets i should follow ?
