Well, after a bad breakout, i went to the net to find a good product since i had none (just finished up a scrub, did nothing for my face but KILL it) I found AcneFree, and even though the reviewers said it dries your face out, it helped with breakouts. Needless to say, i went out and bought the product. After a few uses, it began to mildly burn my face. Never lasted as long as tonight though. I just washed my face, and it burned it so badly it brought tears to my eyes, which is difficult to do because i am used to stinging on my face (long story). I washed my face 15 mins ago, and its still tender to the touch/movement. I am going to no longer use the product, and throw it in the trash bin tomorrow morning when everyone wakes up. I need a gentle cleanser for my face, and i remember using Dove Bar Soap once. It was gentle, cleansed my face, and seemed to work OK. Not too great, but definitely better than having to sit through the pain of AcneFree.
Would this be ok to use to nurse my skin back to "not bright red and painful" thanks to AcneFree?
Anything else i should do for it? I own Clean&Clear Dual Action Moisturizer, but i think it may be too strong for right now.
Help?

So, obviously I have a lot of products, but I have no idea which ones to use, or which order to use them in. Help?

PS i usually have ridiculously oily skin (thanks a lot puberty) but since its winter, the sides of my nose, cheeks, and right under my eyes tend to get extremely dry while the rest of my face stays super oily. I don’t know if that helps at all, but whatever

Hello everyone. I wrote the other day to ask a question about having constant diarrhea. Well for the past two days I have been taking this stuff called ‘super colon cleanse’ from Health Plus inc. I had started taking "dual action cleanse" but read so much negative stuff, so i left it alone.

I am still getting the diarrhea and i am still releasing what looks like almond slivers…except these are about as thick as an almond and the same color. Oh and instead of being oval shaped slivers, they are rectangular with jagged edges (like they are broken pieces of segments) and they look like sponge material. I mean, what ever this is actually has the texture of a sponge. Sometimes the outside of it looks like potato skin (with brown skin).Sometimes the pieces in the toilet are very small other times the are about an inch long and as thick as a whole almond instead of a sliver.

What is that? Is that a worm or part of my intenstinal tract.

my stomach been hurting soo much in the past month, and whenever i eat something heavy i throw up, so i decided to try the dual action cleanse, i took just the colon cleanser not the body purifier and now after the first day my stomachs killing me, my pain has gotten worst, i feel as if i hve to go to bath room but nothings coming out

My grandmother survived colon cancer about 5 years ago. I want to do all I can to prevent it. I figured I would start by eating healthier and adding more fiber and water to my diet. I also just started taking dual action cleanse. I got it from walmart, so i didn’t pay a ton of money for it. Is it safe?
