Natural Colon Cleanse And Bowel Detox Systems, Pills And Products.
I mean it wasn’t a whole chicken but he ate the left over parts that my mom cut off from the chicken….I just bought a colon cleansing product from gnc…I think it is fiber would it be good if I gave my dog some of it??
I am a 17 year old male, 6’0, 136 pounds. I’ve eaten a lot of junk/fried foods in my life and lately felt very sluggish and seem to always be tired. I have already been checked for limes disease so thats not it. My friend and i have already gone out and bought GNC’s Preventive Nutrition Cleanse and i’m beginning to feel that this could do more damage than it can do good for my body. What are the pro’s and cons of colon detox/cleansing for a boy my age, is it a good idea?
I ‘m going to have a colonoscopy soon. I will have to use fleets to clear my colon before the procedure. I was going to do a colon cleanse to improve the view for the procedure. However, the GNC rep I talked to said he didn’t know why people didn’t do a fleets every once in a while instead of a colon cleanse.

Does anyone know of any safe and effective methods of doing a colon detox (vitamins, diet, etc)? I would just try a vitamin supplement that they have at GNC, but I can’t swallow pills that large…

Where are the directions for taking Bowtrol?
I just bought bowtrol from GNC and was supprised that all it had for directions was to take 4 pills on an empty stomach at bed time. Is there a diet I should follow, a certain amount of water? Anyone have any info? Thanks!
