im starting a spirtiual fast…..to open the door to a new me and a new life style…but i dont wanna feel week on the liquid fast..so wat should i drink or take to keep my energy up??
My dog has had diarrhea all day. I’ve been told feeding him a diet of white rice with some protein will help, but can I give him anything like PeptoBismol? Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I’m 19 (but I’ll be 20 this February) and I want to ask my doctor for a colon cleanse. I’m afraid that she will just give me an automatic "No." because she might think I’m too young to get one, but I think I could really benefit from one right now. I am female, and I’m 5 feet and I weigh 178 pounds.

Im thirteen and homeschooled. I dont get enough exercise due to me living in a bad neighborhood containing a few weird-o’s. Im a little above average weight, says my doctor. But I have some belly fat, some fat on my thighs and arms. I quit drinking soda and eating junkfood a few weeks ago. (I have mitral valve prolapse so I cant exercise much anyways, or my heart goes crazy and I cant breathe) I mainly drink water now. So I wanted to do the colon cleansing thing to rid the toxins and lose some undigested weight, would it be appropriate (safe) to use a colon cleansing product at my age (13) ? I hitting my teen years, and its sorta embarrassing going to the beach and having all the guys give you nasty looks
