I got sick of being tired all the time. My immune system is weaker than it used to be, so I want some sort of way to detox.

I’d like answers from people who have this where you have found things that help. I have to work in a cooler and so I have the symptoms all the time. I’m trying out some flax seed oil, green tea, and a good multivitamin. I found out that my migraine meds may have caused it. So, I’m not looking for any new prescriptions thank you very much! Do you think a good overall cleanse like a colon cleanse would help at all? I did a colon flush once and it did wonders for my immune system. I wonder if I do that again it will help my circulatory. What do you think? I most certainly am not going to start buying worth of supplements monthly such as Shaklee or Melaleuca would recommend. I don’t have that kind of money to throw around.
Well, there is no real remedy for it – but there must be some remedies for the symptoms such as how it seems I’ve lost feeling entirely in my fingertips.
I always wear a hat, gloves and a jacket at work, but I have no choice but to work in a refrigerated space and handle cold/frozen foods. I think I need to look for a new job – but in this economy – that’s not even something I want to think about!

I need to boost my immune system. I think this will help big time. Did anyone here about blessed herbs or colonix. I just want to take the best one that is pure natural and safe and that will clean and make my immune better and kill parasites too.

I’ve been doing a little research on those colon cleansing kits and they seem like the way to go for a healthier system. I work out regularily & have begun eating better. These kits are believed to eliminate toxicity and waste from the body, reduce stress from our vital organs (liver, colon, kidneys, blood, skin, etc.) and support the rejuvenation of the immune system. This all sounds great, B U T…..EXPENSIVE!! I just wondered if anyone knew any safe home remedies that might work as well?
