I am going to do a juice fast for a few days but I do not have time to make the juices myself. What are some good brands of juice that are all natural? Has anyone ever done a juice fast? If so, did you feel a difference? Any advice on juice fasting?

I want to do an orange juice fast, cause I am a picky eater and don’t really like any other juices. The purpose of this is to lose weight, how long is safe and can I use just orange juice and water? How much weight will I lose?

I am planning to fast for about 10 days. Right now I’m 5’7” and 118 pounds, I want to be around 100 pounds. How long would I have to fast to get to that point?

well i want to do a juice fast and i am afraid that bottled juices are not going to give me the proper nutriants and will end up doing more harm than good. Fuze is an organic juice tho, and i have ten bottles. is it a good idea to do this fast, 2 bottles a day for 5 days? should i add in some fresh fruit like a plum or two a day along with fuze?

I have been eating cooked non-vegan all mylife. I am 21, 5 foot 6 and 170lbs
Well……. I am getting married in 3 weeks!!!!!

I am going to eat raw and juice veges, for my health, I really hate eating meat and cheese/milk!!!!
And I wanna lose weight!
Also I am exercising daily , 1hour power walk/jog, 30 mins jump rope (twice) and 30 mins cross trainer

By doing this daily with the raw food/vege juices how much do y’all think ill lose?

I know there is a colon cleanse you can do with juices, but I don’t know what all there is to do – you know, I don’t know enough about it to do it? Any help? Also, is it safe to do this kind of colon cleanse while breastfeeding?

I want to start the master cleanse diet. i work at wells fargo and im a waitress at night for the most part i work about 7 days a week. i wanna do the cleanse for 10 days and i need to still be able to go to work during the day and evening. and i want to know if im allowed to consume any vegetables and fruits or juices like V8. any suggestions will help! thanks!

he hasn’t pooped in going on 4 days. he is potty training and pees on the potty but no poop. he drinks plenty of juices and water. we limit milk. i just don’t know if i should use the enema or not.
