so, i’m thinking about going on the master cleanse diet, but i don’t want to be hungry as hell. ya know?
am i allowed to eat anything on the master cleanse? or is it just the lemonade?

I haven’t made it through day 2 yet, but I’m pretty sure i will since it’s Sunday and the Pizza places have already closed. Damn. I’m really having some difficulty staying on this diet. The lemonade drink is NASTY! i can’t drink the least recommended intake of 6 servings because… well… it tastes HORRID. I want to cleanse my system, but at LEAST 10 days without food is a lot for me. i’ve never spent 24 hours before without drinking something good or eating.
Are there other ways to ‘cleanse’ my system? i recall reading somewhere where i can just take a day or two and drink only water plus take plenty of fibre pills. Does that work?
I’m just looking for other methods to cleanse my system. Even though I’m excited that i’ve lost 4 pounds already (I’m not obese but ‘at risk’ apparently).

Today is my third day and I woke up in the wee hours of morning having to throw-up. I’d like to hear from people that have actually done the cleanse, is this normal? Am I having a reaction to the tea or the lemonade? Thanks for your input.
When making the lemonade, are you supposed to make it all at once for the whole day, or make each glass at a time?
& is the amount 8 fl oz or 10 fl oz?
Oh and do you gain most of the weight back after?

I’ve had 2 friends tell / ask me about…I don’t recall the names of either but it was essentially the same thing. One of them you gradually eat less starting from 3/4 of normal, to 1/2 of normal and then replace your meals w/ the powdered drink mix completely for 5 days (this was something you mixed w/ apple juice). The other one you just replaced your meals completely for 8 days w/ the powdered mix (a lemonade type thing) that had all the nutrients you needed for energy as well as cleansing your system. Both supposedly help you lose weight, digest faster / boost your metabolism after…
my questions are – has anyone tried it? is it safe/any side effects? does anyone know if this really works (helps you lose weight) and if so, how? which ones work best or is there a difference??
i’m starting a weight loss program which includes eating better and less, and working out in the gym-cardio and some lifting. i’m really overweight and i want to boost/jumpstart the weightloss. i read after this lemonade fast weight is gained back. is that still true if you’re working out? please somebody who’s done this while excercising answer.
I am unable to buy maple syrup grade B will grade A be ok?
What is the difference between both the grades apart from there color being a little darker?

Anybody who has done it-how much weight did you lose in how many days and did you keep it off?
Can I make the ‘lemonade’ in the morning and sip it all day?
Do I really need to buy sea salt for the flush, or is regular salt actually ok?
I tend to get hunger headaches easily, do you think the ‘lemonade’ will help to prevent that? Is it cheating to take pain medication?
