I’ve been suffering from severe acne, both acne scars and actual bumps (cysts or whitehead). I’ve been told 2 things, it’s Internal and External. Externally, I wear heavy foundation 8 to 10 hours a day to cover my acne, which clogs my skin and causes acne. Internally, it’s either what i eat regularly, lack of certain vitamins or neutrient. I’ve read it could be toxins in my blood, poor liver or i need a colonic. Can any herbalist out there recommend an herbs i could be taking? I started taking Burdock ticture, milk thrist tea, cleansing Tea. I avoid eating processed food. I really need some input from a herbalist, please help! (BTW, I always get a clean bill of health from my doc’s during my yearly check up)

I’m buying a whole body cleansing kit.. it contains a liver, lymphatic system, circulatory, digestive, etc cleanses … and I don’t know how long it asks to stick to the regimen.. but I just recently started getting into a healthier "green" organic lifestyle… and I don’t know what to expect with this cleanse (it also has fiber in it, and I already eat fiber cereal everyday) so am I going to feel sick or bloated, or diarreah or what. thank.

I’m thinking about doing a colon cleanse and then a liver cleanse, but I am taking oral contraceptives and need to know if doing either of these two things will make the pill ineffective for the time being. I don’t want to get pregnant!

I will have half of my colon removed just because it is long and cause constipation and obstructions. Does any one know what this procedure is called. Three years ago I had surgery to turn my stomach over because it was flipped over and lying on my liver. Also my dad was expose to radiation 3 times by the time he was 21. Could this also be the cause of my odd insides? He was 29 when I was born. I have no known diseases.

A massage therapist told me to rub castor oil on my tummy then put Saran Wrap around my middle, covering the castor oil, then put a towel on and put a heating pad on top of the towel. to warm my belly area because it will break lose toxins in my system and, if I use a colon cleanser or get a colonic, it’ll be more effective than if I didn’t use the Castor Oil. The trouble is that I’ve read Castor Oil can be toxic and harm your liver. What do you think?

My Dr. said that I am toxic and I know that he is right. He wants to do a 9 day program that is eating shakes and no food for that length of time. The cost is 200.00 – BUT can’t afford dat so.. I need an alternative.-PLEASE I NEED HONEST SERIOUS ANSWERS. The thing too he says that the program cleans ur liver just not your colon.

It’s a cleansing kit consisting of not only a colon cleanse, but also a liver, lymphatic, circulatory, and kidney cleanse… I have a guaranteed job at a movie rental place waiting for me, all I have to do is turn my application into the manager who I got in good with … but that means I have to stop smoking marijuana (also I want to) but I also want a "farewell" smoke tonight lol … so keeping in mind that I’m into fitness, I exercize regularly, will the body cleansing kit help?
