I don’t have maple syrup at home and I don’t have cayenne pepper either. I don’t want my mom to know that I’m doing this diet because she won’t let me. Can I use regular syrup and black pepper instead?

I’m trying to do the master cleanse diet, but I’m alergic to maple syrup. Can it be replaces by anything else? or does anyone know a similar one?

Is it a must to use Grade C Maple Syrup? I just got regular syrup. I am starting that Master Cleanse thing to see if it works. Ha-Ha tnkxs!

For those of you who have been in the master cleanse diet, how many glasses are you require to take per day? I’m planning to start soon, I know its water, maple syrup and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Also how much maple syrup?

I read about Beyonce loosing 22 lbs on this diet. I also read that you drink only water with maple syrup, lemon juice, and pepper.

Has anyone heard anything about this diet? Have you lost weight with it? Is the only weight you are losing from fecal matter that is stored in the colon? Do you lose any fat on this diet?

Also, wouldn’t you just gain all this weight back once you start eating?

I am going to buy the laxative tea, oraganic maple syrup, lemons and canyenne pepper tomorrow.
How long do I stay on the cleanse, 2 weeks?
I know that after you finish the cleanse you drink orange juice the 1st day you finished and then you drink orange juice and vegetable soup the 2nd day you finished and fruits and veggies the 3rd day you finish - I am just confused on how long I am suppose to stay on this cleanse, if any of you know - please tell me.
