I want to find a colon cleanse that is good. I just found out that I’m lactose and gluten intolerant, so I want a good cleanse that will help get my body more regulated and back to normal. I heard to start with a colon cleanse and every time I go to look, I bump into a company that wants money for a certain medicine. Does anyone have any good colon diets that work??

My grandma did a colonoscopy which came back good today..she is having severe diarrhea though. Is this normal? For how long does this continue? Is it ok to give her some diarrhea medicine?

She had a bowel obstruction about a week ago, but it is now cleared.

ive been having these problems for weeks now!
i have like, the most sensitive digestive system in the world
i had a bunch of indigestion incidents and irritable bowel syndrome, etc. for the past few days
AND NON OF MY SH** IS COMING OUT
everytime i strain, it gets worse and im straining so hard that my butthole is starting to bleed
i cant take this anymore, i need serious help!!!!
somebody tell me what to do besides go to the doctor!!

I am scared that this medicine won’t help. The medicine is Levsin and is supposed to help with my stomach pains. They think it is IBS. What happens if the meds dont work because it isnt IBS? Thanks…I’m scared it might be somethign serious. I have a follow up in 2 weeks.
