I can’t find a straight answer for this. I have read sites that don’t exactly say to use an enema for colon cleansing, like the master cleanse, it just requires the drinking of saline wash, and other forumes say that you should do an enema at least once a day for the first few days of fasting. I don’t know if I even want to perform this, plus I don’t money to buy all this crap that the sites say to buy because I have no job and I am a little embarased trying to ask one of my parents to purchase the needed equipment to perform an enema. Who can answer this question? Do I need to perform an enema during a juice fast?

I am convinced of the necessity of colon cleansing but from my research, the products range from cheap to expensive. Some are 7 day and some are 30 day. How long do I want to do this and which product is the best. I don’t mind spending the money on a superior product but if a cheaper one works as well, then I’m all for that!!!!

Has anyone placed an online Trial Order for an AcaiOptimum or Acai Colon Cleanse product with NTR? They claim it is a trial, but will charge your card .96 immediately. Upon receiving a call from my bank, I contacted NTR and they offered a .96 rebate, but the terms of it are that you have to place a minimum of "two" orders. I signed up for the .95 Trial, paying S&H only, but their agent insisted I ordered the rebate package and they could not issue a refund. I believe this is a scam. Who else has experienced this? I know we have a greater number of subs out there, and the enemy or even "Jane’s ships should not know how many or where! Not every sailor is able to serve on a "sewer pipe boat" it takes a special breed that can no longer be found in any number out of the " government " public schools.

My grandmother survived colon cancer about 5 years ago. I want to do all I can to prevent it. I figured I would start by eating healthier and adding more fiber and water to my diet. I also just started taking dual action cleanse. I got it from walmart, so i didn’t pay a ton of money for it. Is it safe?
