I’m 19 (but I’ll be 20 this February) and I want to ask my doctor for a colon cleanse. I’m afraid that she will just give me an automatic "No." because she might think I’m too young to get one, but I think I could really benefit from one right now. I am female, and I’m 5 feet and I weigh 178 pounds.

I am not having bladder problems. Last time I had sex 24 yrs ago, things were ok. Feels normal from that way in to digital exam, no pain.. However, there is something very painful.Very not normal.
I cannot even wear panty hose , the pressure feels like
there is a ball the size of a soft ball, large one, very very sore and tender being pressed on by the panty hose. I went to church month or so ago, and thought I would die before I got home. What is this.

I have severe colon problems, spastic colon and have some disc problems , is that one of those or do I have cancer the size of a soft ball. Not had a pap smear
for this is second year. No insurance. Many medical bills and people who do not like people with no insurance or money. Having sex is not going

Ok I know that this is supposed to be a "cleanse" and not a "diet" but I am planning to try it for the purpose of losing weight. I’m getting married in 6 weeks and I want to drop some weight before then. I only plan to do it for 10 days and then do a low cal diet and exercise after that. I want to know how much weight I should expect to lose while on the diet and if the Grade B syrup is a must. Can you use regular syrup and still lose weight??? Thanx.

I have heard many claims about heavy metals and other toxins being found in laboratory "sweat analysis" — from the sweat produced by infrared saunas. I have looked for the actual (original) studies/lab reports that are being vaguely referred to, but cannot find any. Does anyone know what these sources are, and if they are true? Can infrared saunas detoxify heavy metals, and if so, what are the sources that prove it?

I am scheduled to have a colonoscopy tomorrow. I am on the liquid diet right now (no solid food). I am very nervous. Not so much about the procedure, but the what if’s.

I am 30 and the doc tries to reassure me that he rarely finds polyps or cancer in people my age. The doc believes I have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and they have done an upper GI test which was fine, now they want to do a lower GI test. I sometimes feel like canceling this procedure. I had it scheduled 3 years ago, but canceled. Some of my "IBS type symptoms" have returned and now the test is back on.

Anyone out there ever have one? Are they fairly safe? Will my "bottom" hurt after the procedure? Will the effects of the colon cleanser wear off fairly quickly? What can I expect?

Any advice is appreciated.

I want to try it. I was wondering if anyone had that long "rope" that is green, brown, or yellow in color. I have seen this before and it is supposed to come out when you detoxify your colon and body. Is Dual Action Cleanse any good? It is at Walmart for .88 and over .00 on their website. Is it worth it? Please don’t tell me, oh go to a professional, etc. I just want this info.
