In light of the coming holy month of ramadhan, I will be fasting a month.
In this month and a half of summer, I gained a lot of muscle. I would really hate to lose all the weight I gained while fasting. Can anyone advise me on how to prevent weight loss?
The first thing that comes to mind is to exercise after eating; would that be effective?
Thanks!
I think I made a mistake in explaining my question. Let me rephrase:
How can I prevent muscle loss?
The reason for ramadhan is that it is a month that is meant to allow an individual to practice patience, and spirituality. Furthermore, it is physically healthy:

"We report that when C57BL/6 mice are maintained on an intermittent fasting (alternate-day fasting) dietary-restriction regimen their overall food intake is not decreased and their body weight is maintained. Nevertheless, intermittent fasting resulted in beneficial effects that met or exceeded those of caloric restriction including reduced serum glucose and insulin levels and increased resistance of neurons in the brain to excitotoxic stress."
