What should I expect with a whole body cleanse?




I’m buying a whole body cleansing kit.. it contains a liver, lymphatic system, circulatory, digestive, etc cleanses … and I don’t know how long it asks to stick to the regimen.. but I just recently started getting into a healthier "green" organic lifestyle… and I don’t know what to expect with this cleanse (it also has fiber in it, and I already eat fiber cereal everyday) so am I going to feel sick or bloated, or diarreah or what. thank.

Does anyone believe in Colon Cleansing?




I know a little bit about colon cleansing and the facts on colon cleansing and what it does to improve your health, but has anyone ever done a colon cleanse and if so, what is best product and most affordable one out there that works? I am just curious to if a clogged colon is responsible for all sorts of problems like foggy memory, lack of energy, irregular bowels and not having a bowel movement everyday, lack of concentration, mood swings, as well as a pop belly when you aren’t exactly that much overweight. Those symptoms represent me and I was wondering if doing a colon cleanse regimen would make me feel like a whole new person and give me energy and strength to go work out in a gym and build up my muscles. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

In light of the coming holy month of ramadhan, I will be fasting a month.

In this month and a half of summer, I gained a lot of muscle. I would really hate to lose all the weight I gained while fasting. Can anyone advise me on how to prevent weight loss?

The first thing that comes to mind is to exercise after eating; would that be effective?

What is the best method for body detoxification?




This is not for passing a drug test.

I’m about to start an excersise regimen and wanted to detox my body first.
