About two weeks ago, my dog had diarrhea in the middle of the night, all over the floor. We figured he just ate something he shouldn’t and thought nothing more of it. The week after that, we went on vacation, and his poops firmed up – no more diarrhea. Well, ever since we got back from vacation, he’s been having diarrhea on the floor every night.

He’s a one-year old Pitbull/Lab mix, and eats both canned and dry Canidae. His food has not recently changed, and he’s always been fed some canned, so I don’t think it’s the food causing a problem.

He’s also given a heartworm, flea, and tick preventative monthly (TriHeart and Frontline), and got that on the 30th of June. He had a vet appt early in June and is up to date on all his shots.

He’s a fully indoor dog, and only goes out in our fenced yard, and we have not seen him eating anything he shouldn’t out there.

His diarrhea is not bloody, but it is very watery-like. He has not vomited. What could be causing his diarrhea?
I also thought it was odd that he started having diarrhea before we left on vacation, but his poops were nice and firm while we were there… I’d almost think that from the ‘stress’ of driving for twelve hours then staying in a brand new place would cause diarrhea, but there was no problems while we were there, it’s only just started again once we got home.

Could our water maybe be causing his diarrhea? Albeit neither the cat nor anyone else has had any diarrhea.

I have been going through a heavy period of stress, and I believe my IBS has been triggered. Went do regular doc and he said he thinks that is what it is. Have appt. with GI doc in a month to make sure, but I would like to know what you went through with IBS symptoms, and also what things helped. Specifically in diet and with natural supplements maybe.

the symptoms arise under stress as-well as heat and from eating particular foods that contain gluten!
iv come to an obvious conclusion to stay away from such foods, but i still suffer! the symptom i suffer from is severe cramps in my colon and the only thing that iv found helps is lying on my back on cold surface such as tiles!

I’ve got a bit hard inside feeling bump popped out from nowhere in no time about 2 weeks ago, my urine tests came out negative and still having normal period even less than normal.

Is it possible that full of stool in my colon can cause me a big hard bump and slight cramp for nearly 3 weeks now, even the last time I had normal stool was 2 days ago. I have had constipation, I usually pooped everyday but due to the stress and late sleeping, I guess, they made my bowel system all messed up now.

- Does big belly from full of stoll make me look like 3 months preggo?
- What is the best colon cleansing out there in the market which isn’t expensive but very effective to clear all the stool?
- When you don’t poop for days/weeks, how would you feel with your stomach? Feeling like you drink lotsss of water and uncomfortable?
- What else could cause big bloating belly WITH NO gas for 3 weeks?
- What’s the difference between preggo’s bump and problem with bowel system’s bump? I mean physically and the feeling.

If so what were you diagnosed with and what other symptoms did you have. My doctor diagnosed me with IBS and hemorrhoids, but I think it may be ulcerative colitis or something more serious. The symptoms seem to happen regardless of food or stress at times.

I am 6 ft. 210 ibs. and dropping ive lost 55 ibs. since july. I am 16 and i have been in rehab for anorexia before. But i am going through quite an ordeal with stress right now and i dont want to die in 7 days!
and doing pilates and walking everyday.

I have ibs and its mostly threw stress i heard theres these tablets that start with T are very good and would love to get them off doctor. Any ideas? I get ibs alot when i get nervous and i cant go places because off it.

I have been really sick for 4 months lost alot for weight, always have nausea. Also lose of appetite and just fell really sick. Have had all stomach and gallbader test and all came back good. Today I had a colonocosy that showed 1 polyp, and doc said it was not cancerous, but is still testing it. I have heard that a toxic colon can make yoy very ill. I was wondering if a colonocopy would show a toxin colon. Or is there toxins that they cant see that can make yoy ill? I also thougt I could have parsites, but never came up. I am only 19 and right before this all happend I went under alot of stress. I beleive stress had something to do with it, but my problems just keep getting worse.

I just started university, and I’ve had colitis for most of my life.. though with the stress of university I have been flaring up and getting negative symptoms..

If you have some form of IBS please respond and leave your tips on dealing with flare-ups induced by stress.
