Im thirteen and homeschooled. I dont get enough exercise due to me living in a bad neighborhood containing a few weird-o’s. Im a little above average weight, says my doctor. But I have some belly fat, some fat on my thighs and arms. I quit drinking soda and eating junkfood a few weeks ago. (I have mitral valve prolapse so I cant exercise much anyways, or my heart goes crazy and I cant breathe) I mainly drink water now. So I wanted to do the colon cleansing thing to rid the toxins and lose some undigested weight, would it be appropriate (safe) to use a colon cleansing product at my age (13) ? I hitting my teen years, and its sorta embarrassing going to the beach and having all the guys give you nasty looks

I went into the hospital thursday morning adn by lunchtime they told me they would remove my appendix before it burst in my stomach. I came home friday afternoon. I’ve actually been moving around a good bit, but just today I started getting diarrhea on occassion.
