I have Grapefruit Seed Extract and Apple Cider Vinegar. But how long will they take to go into effect? And what are some ways of getting rid of it quick? The only reason I ask is because I looked up on it, and it seems to be similar symptoms as with the giardia bug…

Grape fruit seed extract is incredible for intestinal problems. You might also try a good Pau d’ arco tea for it has anti-microbial properties.
Also look for a good pro-biotic capsule with acidopholis bacteria.
And for intestinal problems, stay away from alcohol, sugars and acid foods……
to DeadNed…..using hydrocloric acid really doesn’t sound very healthy and can eat away the intestinal lining causing future problems…..
Garlic is antiviral and anti-parisitic and Olive Leaf Extract helps get rid of practically all viruses and bacteria. And yes Apple Cider Vinegar is known to kill intestinal parisites as well.
If you mean stomach bug like an intestinal virus- the best thing is to let it run it’s course- they usually last 24 hours or less
When i have intestinal bugs, i usually just squirt a little hydrochloric acid up there. clears them right out!
