What is the master cleanse diet? I need to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks???

I have some holiday weight that I REALLY need to get rid of. I need to lose about 20 pounds in 2 weeks. I just heard about this "Master Cleanse" diet. Could someone please tell me what I need to do? Or any other health suggestions not involving weight loss pills, etc.??

Remember to pay attention to your health. A lot of people who lose weight that fast end up sabotaging their immune systems, and that can actually be worse than the diet. If you feel sick on the diet, please stop and move on to another diet. I know you’re excited about losing the weight "right now", but your overall health is more important than a number on a scale. If you end up quitting this diet, move on to something more "do-able" and less strict. Most fasting diets just set you up to gain all the weight back plus some. (If your body thinks you’re starving and that there is not enough food available, it will go into "rescue mode" and your body will start holding on to the calories you eat, immediately storing anything "extra" as fat.)
Any diet that relies on your eating only one particular thing rather than a lot of different things will prevent you from getting many nutrients that are in other foods.

You can lose weight quickly with this…..if you are not accustomed to fasting…it may be quite a challenge……if interested…..you can google it.
It involved…cayenne pepper, maple syrup and lemon juice…..over 10 days……it is a good cleanse..but again tough…to follow….but dooable!
There is no way to lose this much weight in two weeks without putting your health at risk. Slow and steady is the way to go.

You shouldn’t be taking any pills to reach your goals.
All pills will make you have a lot of side effects. While taking them, you feel horrible.
A better way for you would be to do excercises or jogging.
